- Title: Edmondia pinifolia, syn. Helichrysum humile
- Description: A South African 'paper daisy' or 'everlasting'. The distinctive, long, often unbranched stems have tightly clasped dark green leaves. They bear handsome, terminal buds of rich red which open to long-lasting, quite large, multi-petalled flowers which fade to a paler, pinkish-red. Classified as an evergreen 'subshrub'. Requires, well-drained, sunny positions. Will tolerate light frosts.
