Email

  • Title:  Leucadendron Corringle Gold - L. spissifolium x L. gandogeri
  • Description:  This Australian-raised male cultivar has unusual variegated leaves and bracts with a predominance of yellow surrounding central green stripes. This is more pronounced during autumn and winter and the bright yellow male flower produced in the centre of the bracts during late winter and spring adds to the colourful display. The flowering stems are of a good length for picking purposes where they can add colourful variety to floral arrangements. ‘Corringle Gold’ forms a rounded shrub of 1.5 m x 1.5 m, is adaptable to most free-draining soils, colours best in sunny positions and is usually frost hardy to about -4 ºC.
