  • Description:  Although not often seen in cultivation, this species deserves to be as it has appealing, pure white or cream terminal flower spikes opening from green buds during spring. It forms a particularly neat, compact, rounded shrub that is ideal for both screening purposes or as an individual specimen a larger gardens. With maturity it can reach 3m or more in height with a similar spread. Well-drained, deep sandy soils are the most suitable for this species. It prefers full sun and will tolerate the occasional light frost.
